Mark as Useful Received a call stating that I had received $7,00 in free grant $ from the Federal Govt. I was given an ID # of K5684.I called w/ no answer. They call back and wanted a security deposit of $199.00. When I said I had no $ they hung up. Both ppl spoke broken English.

Mark as Useful This is a call from Bank of America Card Services Dept. Basically every guy in this place is a complete jerk. They are rude and don’t give a crap about you the customer at all. They tracked down the main line to my work and started harassing the receptionist. They would not say who or what they were calling about. I was in a meeting and they literally called every 10 min. I hate these people and I will never do business with B of A again.
